Healthy Lifestyle Means Balanced Nutrition
What is Nutrition?

Nutrition is about how your body uses food for energy, growth, and repair. It’s all about what you eat, how your body digests it, and how it uses the nutrients like vitamins and minerals. These nutrients help you do everything from running around to building strong bones. Eat clean , stay fit and live well.
What is Balance?

A balance is like a seesaw, where both sides need to be even, because having the right number of different things so nothing is too much or too little. It’s about finding the middle ground and keeping things steady.

As I dive deeper into the topic a Balanced Nutrition is a diet which looks like a colorful puzzle because you need a bit of everything. It means eating a mix of foods from different groups, like fruits, veggies, grains, and protein. It’s about finding the right amounts of each food, so your body gets all the building blocks it needs. This helps you grow strong, have lots of energy, and feel your best.
Happy, healthy living is about balance—taking care of your mind, body, and soul while enjoying life’s simple pleasures. It doesn’t need to be perfect, just consistent small steps. As you start this journey, remember that health and happiness are the best gifts you can give yourself.
Regular Physical Activities
Physical activity is any movement that uses your muscles and burns energy. It’s like giving your body a workout! It can be anything from walking to school to playing sports or dancing. Being active is super important because it helps you grow strong, have lots of energy, and feel good. It’s like giving your body a boost to keep it healthy and happy.
How often should one partake in physical activities?
Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity most days of the week. You can break it up into shorter bursts throughout the day. For beginners this may sound as a lot or may be a challenge. To me the best way to approach this is by breaking it down into 10 minutes sessions which can be done 3 times a day. Or 15 minutes sessions which can be done 2 times a day you must just be consistent and love you.
